BPTP Park Elite Premium

Today I have received the 4th Demand-Park Elite Premium, so far no Project approval, No Bank giving Loan,Also no Builder-Buyer aggrement. I feel that BPTP is taking everybody for a ride without giving anything in written. Hope everybody agrees.

in many cases they do show a soft corner for bank cases and accept bank sanction letter. try requesting that,.

Jaypee Greens Kosmos

I have booked a unit in Jaypee Kosmos in the month of October, 2009 and already paid 95 per cent. Please inform when r they going the possession. Whether will they give in time or delay? If they will give late possession, will they give penalty.

please refer agreement for possession date. if they delay possession then they should be paying penalty.

BPTP Park Elite Premium

Hello, I have been alloted a flat in BPTP Park elite premium in F Block. On 6th Sept'10 I rcd a message from BPTP to pay my next instalment. Still I am not clear about the approval of the Project as the Bank are not releasing the funds towards my pre approved loan. Pls suggest.

talk to company if they accept bank sanction letter to prove your intention.

I am having two units is RPS savana ( 2+1 , 3 Bedroom). The company management is saying that they will start giving possession of 2, 2+1 units dec 2010 Onwards and not sure of 3 and above bedroom flats . I have taken units for end use only. With the pace with which construction is going, it seems very tough . Further no dates given for 3 bedroom unit . This is coupled with farmers agitation on sector rodas, no external development should I exit out. RPS though very good in customer service , is not able to meet the deadlines for construction completion

RPS is on an existing Kheri Road, so it can be usable (too an extent) once they give possession and families move in. Even if they give possession by march or so, it should be fine, because most families shift prefer shifting from Apr-June, because of change of school, summer vacations etc, so that studies dont get disturbed.

I have taken First installment (3 Lakhs) from LICHFL for my BPTP Elite Floor, can you please let me know if I can still sell it, First emi due this month.

you can but you would have to first close the loan for that.

Can you please let me know is this the right time to invest in neharpar area or should the rates in future comes down to some extent which are raised presently like any thing.

If you are buying an apartment, probably it is best time because inspite of advanced stage of construction (sense of investment security), rates and premiums not too high. But if you are buying a plot, it could go either way.

I want to buy 2 bhk flat in Noida and wants possession with in 1 or 2 year. Do you think Noida Extn. area has potential to develop in future and having gud investment or not? Please let me know??

cant say. i am a little scared to touch noida extn as of now. unless the top notch developers enter the area, i would keep off.

Original booking is around 5500 psf and resale around 5200.
