The Project is like a sleeping giant..don't know if/when it will wake-up.

Approach roads are not developed, even it gets developed the adjacent village gives a bad impression about the project. Secondly, the bedrooms are very very small as compared to any other projects of other builders. We have booked an area of 1750 square feet, whereas the carpet area seems to be not more than 1150 square feet. Unfortunately the dream of staying in bigger house will remain if u book with BPTP, their bedroom sizes are pathetic. after putting a double bed there no one can move in that room. No point of giving spacious balconies on the inner side of the house to peep in somebody's kitchen. Big balcony at the back side is of no use. So much unutilised space is left at the lift area. The corridors especially, think they could have been utilised in a better way.

Great project but delayed delivery. BPTP working hard now with the re-launch.

No time delivery . Company is with bad repute. Have invested in BPTP Resort ,my tower they are not building and they do not plan to return my hard earn money which around 10 lakhs.
