What is the progress of the road construction adjacent to the bptp princes park gate. I had visited there on 3rd September 2013 and saw the construction was at initial stage.

Dear All, On last Sunday I had taken physical possession of my floor at Section 85, Block A. As per Site office / Estate office there are 14 families currently living there and almost 47 keys are already given to floor owner till date. This is for information please. Regards, Rajesh

I want to know what is the legally period allowed to a builder to issue offer of possession after receiving the occupation. How can one legally go to claim rent paid by us if builder delays the possession for years.

check basic price difference, cost of brokerage, transfer fees & hassle of bank loan closure / applying (if applicable). If you are doing for end use, then floor plan, project development important. Ozone has a better accessibility even on as is to where is basis.

Plz suggest me that is it wise to buy a 3+1 flat in Ozone or Uppals society in naharpar area after selling our current property in princess park?? What is the opinion about these two projects???

Just to update BPTP has sent possession letters to all G block owners. Since last 2 months I am trying to sell my villa...now I want to know should I sell villa now before registry or after registry and wait for 6 months... At this time I will have to spend registry expenses. I am willing to keep for 1 year provided there is appreciation. What is your expert advise keeping elections also in mind?

Atul G , The next buyer who takes from you will have to get the registry done and stamp duty is never considered when negotiating the deal ,hence if you pay the stamp duty ,the next buyer will again have to pay . Rest is your conscious decision .
