High Maintenance Charges Demand - ( BPTP Princess Park Faridabad )

I have flat 02 tower F, the maintenance charges as by BPTP are Rs 9000 for 2 months , these seem to be too high, pl confirm is being paid by all the residents also who is the president of RWA.
