Edc revision - ( Omaxe Heights faridabad )

We had paid 290 per sqf edc to Omaxe and after EDC revision by govt i heard that Omaxe had taken extra edc charge from us and Now they will refund extra EDC which we already paid . Do you have any idea what is the final edc Applicable in omaxe Heights.
