Hi indiaspaces, I just read your feedbacks, just wanted to put a note of thanks and appreciation. I must say you respond you queries pretty swiftly and quickly, which developers should, but don't either intend to or fail to. I saw a forum of RPS Savana, where residents are persuading developers for some answeres and developer is behaving like a escapitst kid. Thanks a tonne, I got answeres to lot of my questions by just browsing thru this blog

Messesd up - ( RPS Savana Faridabad )

Hello Jatinder ji, I am an End user and having a flat in RPS.I Bought it after going through each and every builder work Completion status, reliability, Ethics, Floor Plans, Prices and other couple of factors. Then I ended up with RPS finding it better then others. Now RPS also comes out like the same ordinary Builder who just changes the plan as per his desire, be it breaking the promise for giving green to concrete ratio of 85:15%.(After putting two primary schools at the location of lawns it is impossible). After going through the whole process of buying the flat in resale, Loan Process with LIC Housing, Dealers, and Loan Agents. I just can say one definite term in this real state Industry which is “Messes up”. Not a single thing is in place. Builder are selling flats only on tentative plans approvals, agreements and so on and people like us are buying it on the name of trust which I think no Builder understands the meaning of that word and do what they want to do or what makes them more money. Banks are giving loan in the same way and sometime they stop paying in between. The Property prices have no regulation authority and can go to infinity in positive and negative direction both. Govt is not doing its part of External Development even after taking the huge sum of money even 4-5 years before. The more pathetic scene is that I see more of going in that direction and no sign that we have single step in the right direction which will put the whole process in line. Just your expert opinion Do you see something that can put all this in line.

If RPS had some plan (I am sure this was already there) to not to come with Theme Park or Park why they're using them to Market. Personally I bought unit as end-user and Theme park and green ratio was really a deciding factor.
