BASIC COST AND OTHER CHARGES

External Development Charges (EDC) RS 1024/- per sq. yds.
Infrastructure development charges (IDC) RS 445/- per sq. yds.
preferential location charges (PLC)
(i) park facing (ii) corner villa (iii) villas on road over 12 mtrs. in width
5% of total value in multiples for each PLC[ 10% in case of villa over 24 mtrs road]
club membership charges (CMC) (optional) Rs 75000/-  per dwelling unit.
Utility connection  charges (UCC) Rs 15000/- per villa
interest free maintenance  security deposited (IFMS) @Rs 200/-per sq. yds.
maintenance charges (MC) on or before possession as may be levied by the maintenance agency at the relevant time
sinking fund (SF) on or before possession as may be levied by the maintenance agency at the relevant time
refundable contingency deposit ( interest free) to be paid before taking possession.(CD) as may be levied by the Maintenance agency at the relevant time.

The Purchaser has read and understand the above schedule of payment and agree to abide by the same and he/she has agreed and understood that timely payment of installments as aforesaid and other charges as mentioned in this agreement  are the essence of this agreement

dear indiaspaces. i want to buy a 500 sq yards plot in sec 85 or sec 88 ,my budget is 55lakhs in all ..can i get a plot in this price...i am also interested in 350 sq yards villa...how much should it cost becaz some say 65 lakhs n some say 70-75 lakhs can u give me some rough idea....in any case if i decide to buy a plot or villa n if i happen to need a loan of 5-7 lakhs can i get it on bptp prpjects...please note tht i am a software engineer with a software MNc n i hav joined ma first job just 10-15 days back..n my father is a defence pensioner drawning a pension of 10-12 k..if we need a loan of 6-7 laks on plot/villa..will banks come forward to loan this much amount to me as i m an in my first month of job ..if me n my father buy it on joint names will it giv some benefit to us.

I am holding one 250 sq yd villa in BPTP. Read about relocation of villas. BPTP has already done agreement with us for the same. How can they now relocate entire villa block. Any idea which area they will shift it to. What do we mean by Phase 3..regards

We have already paid installment which stated that villa is ready for foundation. When I inspected site myself, there is no progress. Please suggest...I have 250 sq yd villa..agreement done..

Hello, We had purchased 150 sq yd villa in 2004, but looking to its progress we are not sure when we get delivery of this villa. We are not able to decide what should we do ..whether we keep it or sell it. Can you guide us and give us some update about the BPTP project.

I went there, and saw work going on for 150 sq yd villa. They were putting saria for foundation work for 150 sq yd. Next should be 225 sq yd.. Howz bptps cash position!!
