5% of total value in multiples for each PLC[ 10% in case of villa over 24 mtrs road]
club membership charges (CMC) (optional) Rs 75000/-  per dwelling unit.
Utility connection  charges (UCC) Rs 15000/- per villa
interest free maintenance  security deposited (IFMS) @Rs 200/-per sq. yds.
maintenance charges (MC) on or before possession as may be levied by the maintenance agency at the relevant time
sinking fund (SF) on or before possession as may be levied by the maintenance agency at the relevant time
refundable contingency deposit ( interest free) to be paid before taking possession.(CD) as may be levied by the Maintenance agency at the relevant time.

The Purchaser has read and understand the above schedule of payment and agree to abide by the same and he/she has agreed and understood that timely payment of installments as aforesaid and other charges as mentioned in this agreement  are the essence of this agreement

I am not agree that Builder can do anything,the problem is they are doing as we have allowed them to do.DLF got penaloty in crores.We all togeter must raise concern in the same way.Bilieve me they would be prosecuted

Bad to us....i also own one 350 sq yard villa. so what is see is 5 lacs increased idc, 5 lacs increase due to built up area increase, 3.5 lacs in electrification. so in total 13.5 lacs unexpected increase in cost.Am i missing something? Any other cost? anyone knows, how much approx would be registry cost? There is no law seems in this regard and builder can do whatever they want just by putting some clauses with * mark.

I received the offer for possession for my 350 sq yrd villa in F block. BPTP has increased the built up area by 450 sq ft and demanded approx 5 lacs extra. Plus they have also demanded 3.5 lacs for Electrification and STP. Please let me know if others have also received same demand.

I have purchased villa f 2 49 and have paid all the dues including rs five lacs recently. So possession of these villas is awaited. Kindly advise when we shall start living there.

The possession offer will also have the demand for registry despoite the fact that BPTP will not get the registration done before Dec'12/Mar'13 as confirmed by their customer Care - Bhawna Puri in writing to us .......then why are they not issuing the NOC for physical possession .....? Is the offer for possession only for collecting money from us ......pls take care when handling BPTP

BPTP has started the process of sending the posession letters ,it will be gradually disptached .After the allotee pays the demand requested ,BPTP will cross verify the details wrt documentation /pending amount if any .Then demand for regstery money will be raised .I believe without registery ,posession will not be given .

Why not everyone has got the letter ! only a few of us? Does anyone know that why BPTP is giving letter to some of villa owners ..or if they are giving in a sequence..or what!! I havn't got the ltter till now while mine lies in F block.

I fully agree with Mr. Tarun. @Nicky:- Have you got confirmation about NOC in writing from BPTP? Pl. try to get confirmation about anything in writing from BPTP you will get to know the ground reality.
