Dear indiaspaces Ji, I own 2 plots in Parklands; Q1-14(377 sq yd) and F15-10 (250 sq yd). I need to sell one of these and I need your help. Which one do you think will give better return in say 10-15 years? Also, please advise current rates for both. Many thanks in advance. Regards - Anu

H1 plot possession - ( BPTP Parkland Faridabad )
Posted by Sanchit 05 Apr 2012
Mr Kumar, I too have plot in H1 and i also got letter for possesion and registration. there so many things which is not clear. in this situation how to go for possesion and registration. BPTP will ask to clear all dues before possession and registration. I have following points, if anybody can answer. 1. Only 10% development work is done in H block, 2. Block does not have OC from DTCP. 3. BPTP should remove interest part from Enhance EDC. as per the HUDA notice. 4. Elect+ STP charges not mentioned in agreement hence should be withdrawn by BPTP. 5. Plot/block is not developed where people can build/live. There is no electricity/sewage/water. 6. How can they offer possesion without basic things and without obtaining OC.

Thanks for the reply. Can I file RTI while I am abroad? Also, what do I ask from DTCP/HUDA? They can only inform if the builder has license or paid EDC/IDC - no ?

BPTP Plot Possession - ( BPTP Parkland Faridabad )

Hi, I am getting increasingly frustrated about not getting the possession of my plot in H block. Not sure what is the reason. BPTP customer care comes with standard answer and no idea when am I going to get it. Any idea? Does BPTP has intention to offer plot possession? You comments will be highly appreciated.

G BLOCK - ( BPTP Parkland Faridabad )

If my info is correct , BPTP has already collected 95% payment against G Block plots , which includes various milestones . If after this they are doing such a thing intentionally then they are inviting big trouble , anyways they are 4 yrs into the penalty zone frm their contractual date of posession awards
