Re-Interest and delaying payment - ( BPTP Parkland Faridabad )

Development for plotted schemes could be done with in one year time frame for entire work, if developer wish. It is negligence on part of BPTP. I am unable to understand why BPTP have taken such a enormous time.

In case the buyer pays interest charge for delayed payment period then he/she is also entitle to delayed possession charge from developer. What is your call on this?

In case buyer had submitted Loan sanction letter from financial institution and demanded required documents from developer for loan disbursement, than it is obligatory on the part of developer to provide requirement documents else waive off interest charge due to its own lapse. BPTP has also waived off interest charge on case-to-case basis as confirmed by their manager, CRM. BPTP never respond to customer in writing except demand notice so there is no question of getting anything in writing from BPTP which in favor of customer. Litigation is the only option left with customer to protect their interest.

But what about those who was ready to make payment through banks? Banks was not ready to release the payment because project was not approved. I booked in Aug’09 and had loan sanction by bank in dec’9 I submitted the sanction latter in BPTP office. Now they are charging me interest. Tell me should I go to court?

I suggest that you should pay demand notice even if you have to take loan against land. One should have long term horizon 5 to 10 years while investing in residential land. Deficiency in service on the part of BPTP Ltd. is visible as far as Parkland Project, Faridabad is concerned.

EDC/IDC+STP charges - ( BPTP Parkland Faridabad )

Kindly let me know that i have received a demand notice for my plot in E-29 sector 85 to pay edc+idc+stp+electric substation + registration charges amounting to almost 11 lacs at a very short notice . I visited my plot recently and found out there is sorry state of affairs towards development . It is in the same state as it was 1 year ago . Kindly let me know in detail whether it makes sense to make full payment of 11 lacs and what are the implication if i decide to postpone it and be ready to pay interest on it . How long can i delay payment and what action can bptp take if payment is not done. I have taken possession of plot. I spoke to customer care which again is hard to reach they are quite positive about giving possession of all plots by end of this year , it looks more like a dream than reality , i believe neharpar plots will not be liveable before 2015 Do you think that area can be developed in such a short notice and i have heard most people are paying interest and delaying payment towards the recent demand or not paying is that true ? I would really appreciate if you could spend some precious time of yours and answer my query in detail ....

Demand from BPTP - ( BPTP Parkland Faridabad )

I am shocked to receive an SMS ( no letter as yet) that I should arrange to pay nearly Rs 10.8 lacs for the above. I have otherwise paid 100 percent to their demand letters including one for accumlate interest till now. Has any one got such a huge demanf for execution of conveyance deed for 250 yards plot?
