Sir, I am planning to buy a 250 sqyd plot in BPTP parkland.Which phase should I buy the plot in?I have heard that from A-Z blocks ,F block is the one with clear licences and no legal hassles.Has the registry happened for these plots ? Please suggest.

Today I got Registry / convenience deed of my parkland plot executed after paying the complete amount including STP charges along with interest / Holding charges to BPTP. Need your technical / legal opinion . 1. In future if any body wants to sale the plot on which Registry has already been done, do we require to get NOC from BPTP. 2. The conveyance deed has construction clause which needs to be started within 3 years of conveyance deed, else the vendor which in our case is BPTP may charge extension period per month for delay. My question is how much admissable it is legally as BPTP is not a govt organization. The govt agency like HUDA or DTCP can charge such amount not BPTP 3.There is also one more clause at last like if any provision is determined to be void or un-enforceable , such provisions will be deleted to remain consistent with the purpose of Sale Deed. My question is does that not mean that if BPTP charges any amount for delay in construction, such clause can be dropped as against the purpose of Sale Deed. Need your advice...

Mr. indiaspaces , is it safe to buy plot . The dealer says offer of possession has been sent . I was looking and C,A,B,F blocks. Extra charges they are saying is 4000 over and above BSP

Sir, I am reading your blogs posted on your web site for last six years. very usefull information! What is the sale price today for BPTP plots in phase 2 and phase 3 block(F, M, Xetc..) And what is price one can expect after 2 years? Please be specific in your answer.

Kindly apprise me of the status of the enhanced EDC July 2012 hearing by P and H High Court. What is the relief that's been offered in the court rulings so far for BPTP plot customers? What does it mean? In the light of the DTCP interest waiver, what is the enhanced EDC per-sq-yard amount that someboy legibly can pay to BPTP as enhanced ED charges, after having paid 100% @ 1024/ sq-yard
