Possession Delay Penalty - ( BPTP Parkland Faridabad )

Hi All, Has anybody received any penalty payment from BPTP due to delay by BPTP in giving possession of plots? I got my registry of plot in E block done in Aug 2013. I wrote to them couple of times but they told me that Delay is because of clearance by govt and hence BPTP is not liable for any penalty payment. Regards, Ashish

Hi everyone.. I have got the possession letter and am waiting for registry now. Also NOC for fit-out is also given by BPTP which I have submitted at the site office. Can you guys please update more on E block. Thanks

I am planning to buy plot for residential purposes, could you please guide whether faridabad neharpar, palwal or noida extension will be a good option. I also saw some ads for noida extension but scenario there looks bit dicy as lot of scams on unauthorised colonies are brewing there.I am looking for pure construction purpose as of know. Hoping to get your reply at the earliest.

Hi, I just received possesion letter for my plot. I was reading some post that STP and Electriciy service stattion charges are part of EDC. Is there any official confirmation for this or I have to pay this in addition to EDC. Below is part of bptp letter: Further, in compliance of the various approvals and sanctions granted by various authorities for undertaking the development of the Parklands, Faridabad, we have been obligated to develop the Sewerage Treatment Plant as well as the Electric Sub-Station of 220 KV in the project and therefore as per the terms of the Plot Buyer Agreement we request you to pay a sum of Rs.230,910.00 towards setting up a Sewerage Treatment Plant and an Electric Sub-Station. Bhupesh ji, it was related to OC, delayed possession and deliberatly not releasing the documents required for home loan disbursel. Now we have sent a notice to MD, BPTP with a copy marked to DGTCP and Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad for refunding interest on last payment on possession which was effectively not due and holding up stamp duty charges meant for Govt. of Haryana. Large number of customers have already deposited stamp duty charges with BPTP but still awaiting for registry. Its a huge revenue loss to Govt. of Haryana

Rajinder G , For what issues legal notice was sent ,was it related to OC,delayed possession ,electricity /STP and maintenance charges . Regards
