Pls advice the availability of 3bhk at Ansal Crown hts (1850 sq ft units). What is the offer price? Does this make a good investment option? Is there any other project coming up near BPTP bridge (adjacent to sec14)?

bro though u made a good investment but i want to tell u that everything has its limit the apprecation will increase now further reason being person who want to buy ur flat have to spend 16 -18 lac .(8 lac premiun + amount which is given to builder) so i think u shd realease it now and buy something else ...

I want to buy an 3bhk apartment in Neharpar with a good builder say Puri or Ansals from seconday market. Please advice how much upfront is required at this stage. I do not have urgency as I want to buy this for investment or later use

I have a 2 bhk, is the premium is around 9 - 10 lakhs? Is it going to be up more, than should I wait or should I exit. I have the flat on 12th floor that is why I am not willing to keep it for long time

You are right, vedanta is dependant on Dwarka expressway construction, what is the current status of Dwarka expressway construction ? have Huda started the construction???
