I have invested in Ansal Crown Heights, Sector 80 faridabad in 3+1 BHK 2118sf.Is it advisable to keep it as a long term investment or exit after a year or so.

Dear indiaspaces Ji, One month ago i asked for advise should i invest in Ansal Crown Height Faridabad and that time rate was approx 3300/- per sq. ft. and as advised i postponed my decision due delay in getting the possession etc. etc. Just want to share with you that the company has launched new rate of Rs. 3900/- with in one month. Can you please through some light fact are the facts and why such a significant increase. regards,

I have visited Last Sunday and came to know that the company has almost sold its project i.e. 3 bed rooms and 4 bed rooms. However, very few units are available on revised price of Rs. 3900/- even that is on upper floor and which was Rs. 3300/- just 15-20 days ago. When i inquired in re-sale i have been quoted 3600/- on 2nd to 7th floor. What is your observation as I should invest in this project or wait for price to come down.

Location and coming excellent connectivity in the next 2-3 years when metro and sector road will be developed. This will be the hot spot as this project is very much closer to Sector 14 where today rates are very high.

Thanks for your reply. Just want to know your comments on rates launched @ Rs. 3500/- less Rs. 200 is worth buying this project and also consider that they are asking 50% payment in first year itself. If i have to hold this project at what price i should expect in next one year.
